Welfare and Inclusion

Coleridge Inclusion

The Inclusion Team at Coleridge manage the safeguarding, welfare, attendance and behaviour of our students. Within the team, we have dedicated welfare staff who offer targeted and whole-school pastoral care in order to promote good wellbeing and a mentally healthy environment in which our young people can develop personally and academically. We offer 1:1 support, signposting and group work as well as wider initiatives and enrichment activities.

We are always eager to hear from students, staff and parents about any ideas they have, or subjects they would like us to cover. We can be contacted directly by staff, students or parents to discuss any welfare concerns on eleanor.hickey@coleridgecc.org.uk. You can also follow us on Twitter @CCCInclusion.

Wellbeing drop-in

We hold wellbeing drop-ins every morning where students can come and have an informal chat with a member of staff if they are struggling in school in any way.
